Shipping Information: Online orders will be filled and shipped within 2 business days if the products are in stock.

If we are open "live" at an event, orders will be filled and shipped within 2 days after we return. Dates will be posted on the home page. The whole gang goes to every Rally America National Rally.

Product Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rally America products and you can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase.

When making a return, insure the item for its purchase price and pre-pay the shipping charges; if the return is due to a defective item or a packing error made by the Rally America Store, we will refund any shipping charges you had to pay to return the item. This does not apply to returns for sizing or style changes.

Except when noted the Rally America Store will accept products for return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by email before shipping any product to our offices.

2. If possible, products should be returned in their original box. If not available, a strong box is requested to prevent product damage, or further product damage.

4. Note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping container to speed up processing of your return/exchange.

5. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS.

For that, you need to contact Rally America directly. We're a small business that contracts with Rally America to sell their logo merchandise, so we don't have all that official stuff.
